We are looking for immediate joiners only . We are looking for a Scrum Master for an Operations Technology Transformation Program. The Program is being run following Agile Scrum Framework. Key Responsibilities : 1) To be the Single Point of contact for the Program and underlying Projects in terms of tracking and maintenance of All Projects updates with key milestones tracking, rigorous follow-ups to ensure accurate status are received and published. 2) Facilitate and Monitor the Daily Stand-Up Meetings. 3) Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlogs. 4) Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive. 5) Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions. 6) Remove any impediments to smooth functioning of Projects and overall Program. 7) Shield the team from external interferences. 8) To Coach the team on Agile Scrum values and practices. In addition to the above responsibilities, Scrum Master will be responsible for following the APMF and creating and maintaining the required project artefacts in a centralized Project Management system without compromising on the quality and deadlines. Key Competencies/Skillset : 1) 7-12 years of Industry experience with 2 to 3 years of experience working in a SCRUM Master function preferably in banking and financial industry whereby you have diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory. 2) Experience and Management of Project Management Tool preferably JIRA tool for Agile. 3) Knowledge of various patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g.: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc). 4) Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to create collaborative working relationships. 5) Experience in facilitating work groups strong co-ordination skills. 6) Excellent communication (verbal writer) presentation skills. 7) Extensive knowledge of Project Management function in Technology World. 8) Excellent in MS Office Tool- MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Projects Tool. The Scrum Master is a key role for our Program. Overall the expectation of the Scrum Master is to provide all the needed support to the team using a servant leadership style, and leading by example to ensure the success of the Program
