Job Description: Associate Consultant - An exciting role for a aspirant holding 5 to 6 year of hands on experience and strong knowledge on reporting, commentaries on factsheets, analysis and assessment of areas of risk.
-Applications are invited from experienced Senior Analyst to join Northerns Cross Technology Services team. Major Duties : This partner will be working with the global management in creating and managing various metrics, Dashboards, Capacity Planning, Capital Expenses, Service Now, Application Growth/Lifecycle tracking etc; - Support, track and connect the dots to arrive at right reports under various categories - Coordinate with teams on action items and keep them honest - Should be able to work effectively in onshore-offshore model - excellent knowledge of system data points - Derive metrics from this data for IT governance - Highlight key improvements based on metrics - Flag off alerts, discrepancies in the data - Summarize the metric trends - Present Metrics analysis in reports to senior management - Work with global senior management to close data discrepancies - Recommend system and process improvements based on these conversations Required Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical, problem solving and reasoning skills with an eye for detail and independent problem solving - Strong drive to get things done quickly and correctly in strict accordance with standards and timelines - Self-Starter and ability to work with a large team - Identifying opportunity for automating the process - Draft user stories based on Agile Software Development methodology - Perform user acceptance testing(UAT) - Candidate must have experience on MS Excel using : 1. Develop VBA Macros 2. Pivot tables 3. V lookups 4. Compare function 5. Index match 6. Conditional formatting Preferred/Recommended : - Performed SharePoint administration role Experience Qualifications : - Experience: 5 - 6 years as Senior Analyst - Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering or Bachelors in Commerce or Masters in Business Management Working Hours : 12 : 30 to 21 : 30 IST Work Location : Pune
