Cvent - Database Marketing Manager - Campaign Data Management (8-12 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

Position Responsibilities: - Ideal candidate will work closely with the senior marketing database manager, marketing database vendors, internal marketing stakeholders, and IT partners to ensure that data flows as expected, and the right fields/attributes are available within the database to drive future needs.
-Drive Cvents data acquisition strategy, liaise with data vendors and make sure to get full value of investment. Minimize sources of bad data and maximize revenue returns from the in-house marketing database.
-Focus on marketing data performance, accuracy and data availability. Increase marketing productivity and ROI from marketing investments.
-Work cross-functionally with IT and other departments to identify data gaps, discover opportunities for data acquisition to improve marketing effectiveness.
-Extracting, analyzing and importing Information by using MS SQL Server.
-Understanding the marketing data eco-system, having multiple data sources viz. Cvent.com, Salesforce.com, Marketo and other sources to take marketing programs to the next level.
-Drive process re-engineering within current projects via analysis & automation.
-Strong understanding of data structures as they are related to CRM systems and marketing campaigns.
-Promote data driven marketing culture. Desired Skill and Experience - 8-10 years of relevant work experience - Sound knowledge & experience in SQL, data warehouse architecture along with Marketing database management.
-SSIS and SSRS experience will be required.
-Experience with setting up API calls will be a plus - SalesForce.com knowledge and Tableau knowledge will be plus.
-Should be able to convert the Business requirement into technical requirement and vice versa.
-Marketing campaign data management experience is must - Stakeholder Management - Attention to detail, focus on deadline and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent analytical and logical ability - Excellent communication skills
