Job Description : Function Description : Business System Analyst, AXP Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Controllership, Global Finance Purpose of the Role : - Lead AXP Balance Sheet Reconciliation Automation Process, sustain enterprise wide Balance Sheet health while remaining focused on efficiency and sustaining financial integrity for the company Responsibilites : - Responsible for leading automation in Balance Sheet Reconciliation processes- Preparation, Research Clearance, Compliance, Governance and Analytics - Liaison with Technology and users to drive implementation of reconciliation process Automation - Lead E2E automation projects- Requirement gathering, Data Analysis, User Story, regression testing, Change management, Implementation, Go live support - Create and provide product requirements, functional and design specifications - Identify repeatable automatable processes - Leverage current technologies to provide extensible automation solution - Timely Project update to leadership with project management plan and heat maps - Take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization.
-Lead with Innovation by effective use of contemporary technology State of the Art Business Process - Collaborate with key stakeholders - Account Owners, Process SMEs, Rec Analyst, Automation COE and developers - Supporting the end user and BAU Production team to ensure seamless delivery - Ensure Financial Integrity at all times and proactively identifying risks Qualification : Critical Factors to Success : - Oracle GL SL - Front end system - Globe star, etc.
-Advanced MS Office - FIS Intellimatch - Reconciliation system - OBIEE, Essbase - DataWatch - Robotics (Blue Prism) - Rally Past Experience : - 2-4 years of past experience: - Knowledge of IRIS/Oracle/ERP card business model economics - Driving Global automation Projects - Front-end Amex system Academic Background : - MBA/B. Tech with 2-4 years of experience - Knowledge of the art analytics and Business Intelligence tool - Data Analysis with Python, Machine Learning (R), Data Visualization, Artificial Intelligence (Preferred) Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Basic understanding of reporting and AMEX processes - Understanding of operational, SOX other related control framework compliance - Ability to research embed relevant best : - Project management Technical Skills/Capabilities : - Analytical skills with the ability to undertake cause effect analysis - Knowledge of financial systems Preferred : - Basic understanding appreciation of automation capabilities Schedule (Full-Time/Part-Time) :
