Job Description : - The System Administrative is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner.
-This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Basic Functions : - Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) - Should have a good customer handling skills - Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2008 and Windows 2012 - Experience in Server provisioning - File and Printer administration - Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance - Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue - Experience with OS, Installation, Upgrades and Patching Experience Recommendation : - BA/BS, preferably in computer science or a related field.
-MBA/MS preferred but not required.
