IoT Developer & Lead Developer - Java/J2EE (3-10 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Expectations from the role IoT Developers Leads : - 4-8 years of overall IT experience of which majorly in technologies involving OOPL, Java frameworks, Javascript frameworks, SQL and NoSQL databases, Cloud services; - At least 3 years experience in development of complex software systems - Experience in analysis and design as well as implementation and putting into operation of complex software systems is desirable - hands-on experience in IoT technologies involving devices, connectivity and backend services is desirable Should be very well conversant in some of the below : - Cloud Know How and Experience (preferably AZURE) - Java or C (Backend) - Java Frameworks like Spring (Boot, Actuator, Integration, Web Flux) or JADE - Java Script Framework like Angular, Vue (JS) or other - Python or other scripting language - Microservice Architecture - Protocols like MQTT / MQTT-SN, REST, CoAP - Familiar with SQL or NoSQL databases like MSSQL/MySQL or MongoDB - Use of basic Security Infrastructure Technology (VPN, PGP, OAuth etc.) - Basic Unix/Linux Knowledge (Console, SSH etc.) - Experience in Agile delivery models is a must - Experience on development tools is a must - Experience in test automation is desirable - Exposure to CI/CD tools is desirable - Exposure to DevOps concepts is desirable - Knowledge about Device Hardware Connectivity (Serial Interface, UART, RS-232) or FieldBus protocols (Modbus RTU, CAN Bus, OPC-UA) is desirable - Basic Knowledge about Microcontroller and Embedded Systems is desirable - Should be able to deliver products / solutions to predefined quality standards in a time bound manner - Candidates must have very good communication skills, the roles involves demonstration of product / solutions to internal and external stakeholders
