West Agile Labs - Ruby On Rails/Senior Ruby On Rails Developer - Rspec/AWS (3-12 Yrs) Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

REQUIREMENTS : - Someone who is smart, team player, and good communication skills - A lot of passion for programming, web-development in Ruby on Rails - Self-learner, who is able to build applications from the scratch - Sound technical knowledge in Ruby and Ruby on Rails - Conduct and participate in design reviews and code reviews - Understanding of best standards, guidelines, etc. and actually cares about adhering to them - Ability to write clean, modularized, maintainable and well-tested code - Good knowledge of Spec - Ability to handle complex problems from design to execution.
-Prior experience in working with AWS and Heroku environments.
-Sound knowledge about SQL.
-Proficient in using Git.
-Ability to learn GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS : - Knowledge of any JS framework (a plus), a huge plus if you know React.js/Angular/Node development experience.
-A huge plus if any prior exposure to DevOps.
-Good knowledge of front end tools - HTML, CSS and Javascript - MongoDB knowledge would be plus
