Brief JD for the role : - Creation of aesthetic effective visual designs for campaigns - both online online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time - Needs to be proactive enough to always be on top of all the branding activities being executed, ensuring that there is always that indelible stamp of the company on every touch point of the brand - Has a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team - Has an excellent design sense - Should be able to identify requirements and understand the business needs - Has a good grasp on English good communication skills - Innovative and up-to-date on the latest design trends - Needs to be able to maintain consistency across all platforms - Handle multiple tasks with different priorities - Has to be able to prioritize and manage team requirements while keeping in mind timelines in order to maintain good outputs every time - Work under minimal supervision and display strong independent behavior and needs to be assertive.
