HDFC Life - Deputy Manager - SAP FICO/MM Modules (4-8 Yrs) Mumbai (Enterprise - SAP/Oracle)

Candidate Requirement : Years of experience required : 4-8 years Education : MBA/ Graduate with experience in SAP FICO and MM Designation : Deputy Manager Department : Business Systems and Technology Purpose of the Job : Requirement elicitation, business feasibility analysis, BRS documentation, testing co-ordination, change management and handling audit queries related to respective domain. Skills Required : - Minimum 4-5 years experience in handling software development life cycle for SAP.
-Experience of SAP FICO, MM modules - SAP Certification - Knowledge of business requirement specification practices & standards followed across the software development fraternity - Experience of handling requirements for a large size application implementation will be an added advantage Key Task & Activities : - Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
-Experience of life insurance system design which includes exposure to accounts & financial modules on core system (SAP).
-Own the end to end delivery of projects that are defined as part of the program - Experience in development, testing, deployment & project management - Creation of knowledge base for future reference - Review/monitoring of BRD and Test packs - Test review & asset creation. SIT & regression testing - Knowledge assets to counter risk of attrition and risk to quality - Learning from projects to enrich knowledge base - Create templates of existing knowledge - Build strategy around User stories to track customer journey - Exposure and knowledge of emerging technologies and communication management - Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
-Experience in development, testing, deployment & project management - Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
-Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including development team for requirement elicitation, requirement documentation, testing, development, sign offs etc - Ability to work with vendor partners and execute application development projects across platforms - Aptitude to learn new technologies and focus on delivering value to business through innovative solutions - Understand the technical architecture and functional flow of existing applications - Conduct technical feasibility analysis for the business requirements - Adhere to Change Management Process for the systems and ensure audit compliance - Define and manage the governance mechanism with vendors - Define & Review SLA for enhancements; track and monitor SLAs. Ensure budget management - Cost Savings through estimation reviews & negotiations on Contracts / Developments, Benefit realisation on projects delivered.
