Lead Design Engineer - Wireframe (5-12 Yrs) Bangalore (UI/UX/Product)

Job Description : - Establish communication across the design team including best practices for team work, facilitating progress, sharing updates and connecting with other teams.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering, by leveraging user research and communication design.
-Provide mentorship to a team of UX and VX designers; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.
-Actively scope task-time, prioritise tasks, estimate solutions, plan agile sprints, execute and track efforts in tools such as JIRA.
-Take responsibility for overall customer satisfaction with the product and design.
-Act as a gatekeeper and ensure quality of designs.
-Transform ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible experiences that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users - Champion user-centered design principles, and rely on these principles to create experiences that meet user needs (while simultaneously addressing business goals) - Conduct effective research, including competitive analysis, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics assessment, and heuristic analysis - Be accountable for the delivery, quality, and success of the user experience for a product or business throughout the entire lifecycle, including optimisation and innovation with new features - Work closely with business partners to develop scenarios, personas, storyboards and user journeys - Collaborate with key project team members, including visual designers, product managers and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions - Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Skills Required : - Excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation and analytical skills.
-6 years dedicated hands-on experience applying User Experience design principles and methodologies to develop web and mobile based solutions - Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision - Relevant experience in User Research, Information Architecture, interaction design, wireframes, visual designs and visual design specifications - UX and VX focused portfolio - Experience leading teams of designers to deliver great software products. Proven ability to build a product from scratch.
-Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build and mentor a strong team.
-Ability to push through despite road-blocks and resource constraints.
