MeasureOne - Machine Learning Engineer - Artificial Intelligence (2-5 Yrs) Ahmedabad (Systems/Product Software)

We are a tenured, well-funded, edutech fintech, start-up headquartered in the US, that is : (1) poised for explosive growth in North American markets in coming months (and soon globally), and (2) starting to disrupt the lending industry (home loans, personal loans, credit cards, you name it). What we are looking for : We are currently seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our core team.
-Proven track record of developing and implementing Data / Machine Learning pipelines for real world problems - Experienced in understanding broad business problems and converting them to Machine Learning problems in order to meet business requirements - Experienced in realistic goal setting to get an idea from Proof of Concepts to Production - Strong intuition in Root Cause Analysis - Experienced in reporting to both Technical and Business stakeholders - Strong intuition in Machine Learning / Deep Learning - Able to read through cutting edge research and perform quick PoC to evaluate / verify the research output - Strong intuition in hyperparameter search Programming Tools / Skills : - Python / R - Data oriented python libraries like numpy, Pandas. Strong command over Pandas DataFrames - One or more Machine Learning / Deep Learning libraries like sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch - Should be a self-starter - Should be a team player and be ready to support multiple components of large-scale applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work after hours to communicate with the team in the US Nice to Have : - Experience with NLP pipelines - Experience in Academic data - Experience in PL/SQL and RDBMS Qualifications : Requirements : Bachelors degree required, preferably Computer Engineering, IT or other relevant discipline Qualities : - Character, integrity, work ethic - Team player - Excellent Communicator Compensation and Benefits - Remuneration no bar for the right candidate.
