Requirements: - Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related domains - Strong problem solving and debugging ability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - 1 to 2 years programming experience in Java - Familiarity with Linux commands, APIs - Android or iOS development experience (desired but not must) Responsibilities : - Provide daily support with resolution of escalated production issues to ensure they are resolved in timely manner.
