Responsibilities : - Understand the master test plan and the project plan.
-Remain good in documentation and bug life cycle.
-Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using bug tracking tools/means.
-Remain good team member to work as an individual tester as well as with developers and other team members.
-Be a mentor to the junior team members.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the lead.
-Take part in the Scrum process which includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
-Report work progress and any problems faced to the Test Lead, Project Manager and Customer as required. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : - Experience in test scenarios/cases preparation, reporting defects in tool, preparing flow based testing documents.
-Experience in automation tools - Selenium - Experience in JMeter and GIT.
-Exposure to Jenkins or any other CI tools - Exhibit a strong passion towards software testing and has the zeal to learn new skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is must.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
-Database skills, primarily in SQL Server.
-Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
