Description : - 11 - 15 years of experience with insights in 4G/5G RAN product validation - Excellent knowledge of RAN specific testing and logging tools - Hands-on experience of automated and manual testing of end to end call flow scenarios - Expertise in at least one scripting language (Python preferred) - Solid understanding of 3GPP RAN and core network specifications - Knowledge of Testing methods and processes - A deep appreciation of software engineering principles - Expertise in estimation, planning, tracking and execution of software projects - Prior experience of large-scale automation is a plus - PMP certification is a plus - Owns system validation and release quality aspects in 4G and 5G RAN products of Cell Engine - Drives product validation strategy and automation - Reviews the Requirements and Interface Documents - Publishes test plans and test reports on a regular basis, follows up and ensure fixes are delivered by development teams for issues found - Ensures that project has the right resources, skills, and overall plan in place to deliver results - Works closely with product development team managers and SMEs to ensure product quality - Ensures stakeholders know and acknowledge their commitments to roles and responsibilities in the program.
