Role : Senior Sales force Developer Looking for Developer with 6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce SF.com in the following areas : System Administration, Using APIs and Data Connectors, Reporting and Dashboard creations, Technical Architecture, Workflow management, and Administration and Security Required Skills : 1. 6 years of Salesforce experience with custom Salesforce.com development including, Visualforce Lightning UI, creating Lightning Components, APEX language etc. 2. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in lightning. 3. Demonstrate understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API. 4. Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL query language 5. Experience in using the Admin features of salesforce for data security controls 6. Experience in Salesforce.com configuration customization including and not limited to workflows, S-controls, data validations triggers 7. Understand business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation for implementation in systems like Salesforce Service Cloud, Partner Communities and other integrated systems 8. Very good communication (speaking and writing), interpersonal and presentation skills. 9. Highly motivated and organized to work with customers based in USA. 10. Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 11. Take a leadership role in helping advance and support our SalesForce Practice and assist Jr.Developers 12. Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required. 13. Participates in analysis and design activities.
