Lead Ruby On Rails Developer - Javascript/RESTful API (9-15 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Mobile/Web)

Required Skills : - At least 7 years experience in developing applications in Ruby on Rails - Solid understanding in design pattern and implementation.
-Hands on experience in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery/AngularJS - Test Driven Development Approach (TDD).
-Good in DB design and performance tuning in MySQL.
-Should have experience in code analyse/monitoring tools like New Relic.
-Experience on API and RESTful based application.
-Solid understanding of Git and Git Flow - Knowledge on deployment and scaling rails applications using AWS etc.
-Experience on performance improvement and should worked on large scale application.
-Knowledge of RedIS, DB Caching, Sidekiq background process.
-Peers code review and refactoring code for maintainability. Additional Skills : - Knowledge on CI/CD and Agile Development Methodologies.
-Experience on handle small team.
