Job Type : Full Time Location : Pune/ Navi Mumbai (Airoli) Shift : EMEA ( 1pm to 10 pm) Skill Set : Optimization (Digital Analytics), A/B testing, multivariate testing, Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS Work Experience : 4 yrs to 10 yrs Relevant Minimum : 4 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Reporting Skills / Experience Required Must haves : - Hands on experience building hypothesis to drive business optimization - Comfortable with handling large datasets - Ability to drive business inference from quantitative and qualitative datasets Good to haves : - Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the globe - Strong creativity, innovative skills to help develop offerings to meet market needs - Very high attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Key Competencies : - Technology - 1 Site Catalyst, Google Analytics - Technology - 2 Tools like A/B testing, MVT, DTM, GTM Roles & Responsibilities : - Build Optimization Plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting and behavioral targeting.
-Generate test cases based on business/customer goals, analytics and best practices.
-Analyse large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around follow-up tests.
-Build detailed wireframes and manage their creative production in order to accomplish testing goals while adhering to a customers style guides.
-Manage Analyst and Development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure proper content display, and properly manipulate JavaScript, HTML and CSS Exp : (4-10)Yr.
