Responsibilities Key Skills Needed : - 10 Years- Experience in software development management of which last 10 years should be in Customer-Facing Solutions, preferably in a large FMCG.
-Possesses expert technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring and management tools, deployment processes and tools.
-Mastery in Cloud based Application Development and Operation management and delivering end-end Customer-Facing Solutions working with internal and external parties using Agile Development Methodology.
-Mastery in Visual Studio, Azure, Salesforce.com and integration tools such as Boomi, ApiGee etc. Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web and mobile application programming, content management systems, API, databases, and system design.
-Provides process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
-Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.
-Displays technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions.
-Evaluates technological choices (network/hardware related and technology/code related) by querying providers and providing evaluations of each solution include return on investment evaluations in the present and future implications, limitations, and opportunities. Roles and Responsibility : - The person will be responsible to deliver the following for next 02 years.
-Responsible to develop and support Retail Execution, Delivery Systems that promise to deliver 2% NOS for APAC and IMEA Markets.
-The key projects in this scope includes - Smart Sales - Modern Retail, HFS using Salesforce.com and Datahub platform.
-Distributor Management System.
-POSM Management System.
-Directly responsible to lead complex technical aspects of the solution with DevOPs team from PG, Mindtree and Ivy - Mobile to deliver secure and stable systems.
-Responsible for the development of standards and processes for operations that dedicatedly prevent problems and outages ensuring high availability (99.99%) of the Retail X systems.
-Identify independencies across various teams - PG, DevOps Partners, working on development, ensure smooth integration testing using various automated toolsets.
-Responsible to analyse new software code through PG security and performance gates that Vendor will design and develop for feature-complete softwares. Be an advocate for standards while working with various DevOps partners.
-Assigns and monitors work of software development vendors, ensuring that app development and deployment is done in the best possible way, and with right quality and review systems throughout the processes - Works closely with the Leadership of Regional COE for Retail Execution and Distribution System, and SMO IT Leaders in release planning, preparation, validation, post-release monitoring, and ongoing monitoring.
