Monitoring System Engineer - Centreon Solution (3-6 Yrs) Faridabad (Systems/Product Software)

Job Title : MONITORING SYSTEM ENGINEER Reporting Manger : IT Head Job Profile IT Monitoring System Engineer is a Global position and person will mainly be responsible for integration, operation and administration of an open source monitoring tool. His main missions are as follows: IT Development : - Major update of the Centreon solution - Follow-up of Centreon roadmap and Study of new features - Responsible for the study and integration of the monitoring for new IT project - Delivering Technical Architecture document (monitoring section only) for each new IT project IT Operations : - Ensuring maintenance and support of the overall platform.
-Ensuring maintenance and support of the different probes/plugins of the solution.
-Managing access rights.
-Delivering IT operational procedures.
-Perform knowledge transfer to 1st line IT operations team.
-Individual must have a strong technical background in integration, operation and administration of an open source monitoring tool. Minimum Qualification and experience Requirement : - Master of Computer Applications or B.E (Computers /Electronics) - Experience of at least 3 -6 years Key Qualities and experience : - Experience with Centreon solution.
-Skills in scripting (Power Shell / Bash / Python / Perl) - Global knowledge in IT infrastructure, networks (VMware, Microsoft, Linux) - Good knowledge in incident management and problems (ITIL) - Excellent analytical and writing skills - English speaking.
-Personal skills: Team player, geek mindset - Motivated, responsive, dynamic, autonomous
