Digital Analyst - Agriculture Domain (5-10 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description: Primary Responsibility - Responsible for identifying and driving digital transformation within a large multinational agricultural company in India.
-Work with the business teams to understand the business needs in the arena of digital transformation.
-Work with clients for solutioning, conducting PoCs.
-Responsible for the implementation of the solution(s) - Keep pace with latest trends in around digital transformation in seeds and Agri domain. Candidate Profile : Key Requirements : - Experience in /exposure to the digital transformation in areas such as Field Workforce Tracking, Drones crop monitoring, machine Learning advanced analytics, IoT Sensors in field/equipment, RFID Sensors tracking, Blockchain - Experience in /exposure to agriculture (Seeds/Crop Science/Agro Chemical) - Currently working in an AgriTech company or part of Digital Business in Agri based firms such as Advanta Limited, Monsanto India, Godrej Agrovet Limited etc.
-Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering OR Masters/Bachelors degree in Agriculture - 6-8 years related/ relevant working experience in Business Analysis - Inquisitive mindset. Out of box thinking - Self-motivated with ability to work in fuzzy situations.
-Strong written oral communication.
