Artificial Intelligence Lead - Machine Learning (6-10 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Hiring AI-Lead to Chennai: 6 Months Contract The Lead -AI will play a critical role in design, development, implementation and service delivery of AI powered analytics solutions to clients to make better business decisions Accountabilities : - Work with AI team to understand/define/refine the AI capabilities. Review existing AI capabilities and its alignment with company vision and objectives - Be responsible for the support of whole presales lifecycle from initiation to closure. Facilitate the efforts of resources in coordination with marketing team - Facilitate stake holder buy -in and sign off by communicating statistical and machine learning concepts in clear and engaging manner - Work with external customers, AI team, work groups and departments. Effectively communicate and manage the entire requirements holistically - Research & develop new offerings/solutions and deliver client impact by collaboratively implementing these solutions and provide thought leadership - Hire, train and manage performance of AI team members KSA : - In-depth understanding of statistical concepts and its applications in machine learning - Strong Ability to visualize, conceptualize and quantify ideas, and to break them down to offer solutions - Advanced communication skills to deal with stakeholders across levels and geographies Education & Experience : - Masters degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/Finance/Management/ Econometrics or related discipline - Minimum of 8 years experience within a customer contact/customer delivery environment in which 3 years must be in a managerial role - Should have some pre sales experience around cloud/consulting/HR Technology domain
