Embedded Engineer - Security (4-8 Yrs) Bangalore (Semiconductor/VLSI/EDA)

Job Description : - 4- 8 years of experience in Embedded development - Strong embedded software development, integration, testing & troubleshooting skills - Candidates with good experience/expertise and exposure to SECURITY should have the following capabilities : Broadly classified under 3 categories : (a) Application-related-Security, (b) Communication related Security (network - all types: LAN, Cellular, H/w-Port-based), (c) Device / Platform / Cloud based Security (Hardening techniques, Protection Mechanisms, Integrity MGMNT) The SECURITY Proficiency will be evaluated based on the following knowledge-items at Expert-level : 1) Secure Boot 2) Secure upgrade 3) Secure key management 4) Authentication & Credentials Management 5) Secure Manufacturing Tools (any tools or enhancements in the factory which will ensure the device is secure right from the factory. e.g. ATE extensions) 6) Secure Data path - TLS/DTLS 7) Secure Remote Access - e.g. SSH 8) Implementing anti-Rollback mechanisms 9) Secure Debug 10) Authorization for embedded devices - e.g. OAuth ACE The ideal candidate should possess excellent understanding - and - working knowledge of software and validation for semiconductor processors and networking devices.
