Role : Business Analyst- Healthcare technology Location : Vadodara Availability for Tech call : (Please provide me your availability) Please find the Job Description below : Primary Responsibilities : - Gather requirements from Business and work as liaison between business and IT Assist in UAT preparation.
-Assist test case preparation and data review the test results of the UAT to ensure the changes are in line with requirements Act as Rules Analyst.
-Be able to model new rules/ modify the rules/ make configuration changes and test them in sandbox Document the business process by identifying the requirements - Evaluate and document clinical processes, including step actions and workflows to construct and enhance the clinical model of care Specifications of Documents and Functional Requirements.
-Create Functional Specs/ Use cases/ Solution Summary Documents.
-Decompose business use cases to the atomic level Support emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
-Come up with new ideas, products, and/ or approaches to business problems. Required Qualifications : Work experience with various health-related agencies, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies and/ or clinical research facilities.
-Expertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and developing business requirements.
-Expert in guiding the development and QA members to yield the best solution.
-Have 80% Clinical Business knowledge and 20% technology.
-Skilled in providing functional specifications to the technical team to bring out technical solutions. Requirement life cycle management : Technically, the core role is as BA. Handling requirements through client communication onwards and until they are defined and communicated to the developers, QA and validated in UAT.
-Wireframing / Prototyping: These are used for creating sample designs.
-Visio/Excel/PowerPoint: Essential for use case scenarios and/or business flows and requirement presentation/walk-throughs.
-Key skills in critical thinking, written and verbal communication, time management, problem solving and judgment.
-Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines.
-Good understanding of US Healthcare.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
