Looking for an enthusiastic research intern who wants to kickstart their career in data science especially in the research domain. You will be working with a bunch of IITians headed by an orthopaedic surgeon cum researcher from the United Kingdom. If you are eager to learn and want an internship where you will be paid for your work and you can do most of your work from To liaise with hospitals and orthopaedic surgeons for collecting radiographs (X-Rays) of Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total hip, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hip and ankle joint replacement - Work on the collecting and labelling a large data-set of X-rays of implants or prostheses used in hip, knee, spine, shoulder, elbow and hands surgery - Visit various hospitals to collect X-rays.
-Co-ordinate with the team and doctors to be able to gather the data. Requirements (Who can apply) : 1. The duration of the internship will be around 3-4 months 2. Have relevant skills and interests 3. Can give around 6 hours (flexible) 5 days a week. 4. Should preferably have prior knowledge of implants, prostheses, X-Rays or should be enthusiastic to learn about this stuff. 5.
