Role : Test Lead - Manual Tester Exp : 5-9yrs Lead Time to join : 15 to 30 days Roles Responsibilities : 1. To come up with test strategies, prepare and templatize test plan and test scenarios. 2. Working Knowledge of SQL queries,Linux and Redmine tool(Project Management and tracking) 3. Create proper test summary and execution reports as per the need. 4. Work with team to streamline the testing processes and to ensure the set testing processes are always adhered to. 5. Review test artefacts and test execution across all the projects and ensure to take corrective measures when needed. 6. This role also involves quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. 7. Analyzing requirements and specification to create a test plan, test strategy and test scenarios. 8. Ability to make Strategic Decisions and control resources leading to innovative and high-quality products solutions 9. Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc. 10. Prepares the test summary and execution reports at the end of a phase or whenever is the requirement. 11. Experience working with and managing teams of size 10 and possessing good team management skills.
