UI/UX Architect - Javascript/React.js (8-12 Yrs) Bangalore (UI/UX/Product)

Responsibilities : - Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment - Technology evaluation, estimation and technical documentation - Mentoring and coaching developers - Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed time frames - Problem analysis and risk assessment Qualifications : - Bachelor Degree - BE/ BTECH/ MCA - Relevant 8 to 12 years of technical experience Preferred qualifications : - Excellent technical design and programming, in JavaScript and at least one other programming language - A good command of HTML, CSS - Knowledge of web architecture including HTTP, REST, AJAX - Solution architecture, technical design and implementation - Working knowledge of CSS frameworks such as SASS, Less, PostCSS - Front-end build and packaging tools such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp - Modern JS libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, Backbone, Vue - NodeJS/NPM or JVM languages - Unit Testing Frameworks and approaches to automated testing - Thought Leader capable of discussing and taking new ideas to logical conclusion - Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved - Undertake objective, critical analysis to draw accurate conclusions that recognize and manage contextual issues - Work through issues, weigh up alternatives and identify the most effective solutions - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Excellent time management skills - Bespoke web application architecture, technical design and delivery using modern technologies - Producing prototypes and undertaking technical spikes - Implementing complex user interfaces - Fostering and working in agile environments - Test Driven Development - Consulting
