What Youll Do : IT General : - Handling IT ongoing assets Issuing, updating, auditing and managing the inventory - Handling Fixed Asset Register updation, annual audit and reconciliation in sync with Finance & Auditors - Management of employee on boarding and off boarding - Distribution List Handling New User on boarding and exiting process - Provide Video Conferencing support for critical meetings using Cisco Telepresence, Polycom, and Bluejeans - Managing IT invoices and SLAs - Troubleshooting tier 1 and 2 end user issues related to laptop/mobile devices/desktops/network/IT infrastructure setup, network printers, CCTV, scanners & applications Active Directory, Google G-Suite, Atlassian products, etc.
-Educating end users to follow best practices related to IT Infrastructure - Complete long term IT projects, server migrations, expansion of IT services, etc - Raising purchase requests for the necessary consumables and items requested by business teams - Follow industry best practices with regards to internal documentation - Maintain optimum AHT, FCR, ART over JIRA Tickets System General : - Managing Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS and Android devices of end users.
-Managing Cisco based network infrastructure, including ASA, SourceFire, Catalyst, and Meraki hardware - Monitoring of the network devices through MRTG, PRTG, Nagios, OpenNMS & in built tools of Cisco equipment - Coordination between vendor, OEM and end users for troubleshooting the infrastructure issues - Prepare and present Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on JIRA tickets, Infrastructure Documentation - Monitor, Report, Coordinate Outage/Service Issues with Network Vendors. Example: ISP, PRI etc.
-Manage Configuration, updation, backup, restoration and management of Windows, Linux, Mac OS based Virtual and Physical servers.
-Manage ESXi and Hyper V based virtual environments - Manage, troubleshoot, configure, update and document VOIP phones and PRI Lines
