Role : SAP Success Factor Compensation Consultant Job Description :- We have an urgent opening for SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant. Experience : - 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors - Minimum of 3 years experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations - Must be SuccessFactors Compensation Certified, - Must have Implemented at lease 3-4 End to End Implantations.
-Should worked on all the aspects of compensation.
-Conduct workshops and create workbooks for the Compensation Management module - Guide the business for adaption of SuccessFactors functionality and advise process adoption and leveraging product functionality to achieve the desired outcome - Ability to configure and design SuccessFactors Compensation module.
-Ability to understand business processes and consult around the same.
-Configuration of the product, conducting iterations, SIT, support UAT, migration and cutover - Work with the rest of the team on overall solution design and provide inputs in areas of interface and integration - Team Player and very good communication skills.
