Technical Support Lead - Linux/System Administration (4-7 Yrs) Delhi (Others)

JD : - 5-7 years of implementation experience with any business software Desirable : - Knowledge of SQL, Software installation procedures, data migration experience, LINUX Operating System, MySQL database - Team Management and Day to Day planning of Support team.
-Product installation configuration - Assisting in Planning development testing process and creating functional testing scenarios - Candidate will be working directly with the clients and visit the client site for demo training - Adopt a team approach; work with team in pursuing common goals.
-Liaising with Senior Management, team and other department heads.
-Preparing CRS (Customer Requirement Specifications) or SRS (System Requirement Specification) or Functional Documents, identifying critical aspects of client business process - Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction using GAP analysis - Building positive relationship with the clients.
