Technical Manager - Java/Scala (9-12 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

Our Client is one of the worlds leading agriculture companies with 28,000 people in more than 90 countries and are working to transform how crops are grown. Currently seeking Technical Manager with a background in systems management, agile methodology and operational ready products (DevOps). Some of the key responsibilities will include : - Strong understanding of Full-Stack, Java OR Scala - Understanding of Micro-service architectures, design patterns and distributed architectures OR understanding of designing RESTful APIs - Working Knowledge of one of NoSQL Data Bases (MongoDB, Neo4J, Elasticsearch, Cassandra) - Knowledge of automation and CI/CD (test and build automation) and familiarity with containers (Docker/Vagrant), Ansible. To be eligible for this role you will require : - Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, Experiments, technology evaluations following design thinking practices - Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.
