Senior React.js Developer - Redux/Javascript (5-9 Yrs) Hyderabad (Online/Mobile/Web)

We are looking for a qualified Front-end engineer to join our team. As a front-end specialist, you will be responsible for building the client-side of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who : - Is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design - Provides expertise in all phases of the development lifecycle from concept and design to testing - Defines the architecture, best practices and coding standards for the front end team - Supports continuous technical improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review - Motivates team members and extends goodwill to other employees while having fun In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline - 5 years of software industry experience - Solid understanding of software design, development, testing, and problem-solving - Expertise in coding efficient, high quality and modularized software - Expertise in React JS/Redux, Object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery - Expertise in common design patterns and anti-patterns in JS - Strong HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge - Expertise in front-end test automation - Familiarity with REST architecture, JSON, XML - Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git - Experience with UI/UX design highly advantageous - Experience with web accessibility - Strong technical leadership skills - Strong communication skills - Technical Coaching and mentoring skills
