Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.- Establish a sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, building client networks, and closing deals.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to understand their requirements and align them with company offerings.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand our product suite s value proposition in relation to their specific risk and compliance challenges.Solution Design and Customization : - Engage with clients to understand their technical and operational requirements, designing solutions tailored to their risk management needs.- Collaborate with internal teams (product, implementation, support) to ensure solutions are practical and feasible.- Product and Market Knowledge :- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.- Communicate feedback from clients and market insights to the product and development teams to influence future product enhancements.Proposal Development and Negotiation :- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and demos for prospective clients.- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies and client needs. Performance and Reporting :- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and client feedback.- Contribute to weekly or monthly sales forecasts, working with leadership to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Education : - Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.Experience :- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or solution design within the risk management, fintech, or banking software industry.- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with financial institutions or BanksTechnical Skills : - Understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, and financial industry standards.- Familiarity with risk management software, credit scoring, EWS, or similar products is highly preferred.Sales Skills :- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Personal Attributes :- Results-driven, with a strategic and analytical approach.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at multiple levels.- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
