Prajapati Group - Senior Sales Executive (1-5 Yrs) Navi Mumbai/Mumbai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.- Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro o economics on the sector- Weekly updation of Sales Report and daily updating Booking Summary to supervisor- Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.- Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.- Participating in project s events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company (ref:updazz.com)
