Area Sales Executive - Lock Business (4-10 Yrs) Chandigarh (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Candidates prefer from Locks Companies :- Deliver the Revenue objectives for Yale Retail business as per plan in the assigned territory.
-Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager.
-Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence.- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market.
-Identify key influencers like carpenters and local contractors/architects/builders and ensure regular & structured engagement like product trainings, meets etc. as part of business development responsibility.- Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding.- Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building.- Organize structured training & development sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners.- Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of our products where end customers visit frequently.
