Telesales Role - Subscription Services (1-2 Yrs) Pune (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Key Responsibilities :- Handle inbound/outbound calls to promote and sell products- Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services- Build strong relationships with customers by providing product information and resolving queries- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team s success- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales on the CRMEligibility Criteria :- Minimum 6 months experience in TeleSales, upselling, or renewals- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi communicationQualification : - HSC Passed- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targetsCompensation :Salary : 15,000 - 18,000 In Hand (based on experience and performance)- Rotational week off between Monday to Friday (ref:updazz.com)
