As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in our B2C segment.Position Overview : The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in B2C sales, preferably within the content, technology, or parenting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs of parents and a passion for helping them access the resources they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities :Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the parenting domain.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Performance Tracking : Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and exceed goals.Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimise the customer journey.Budget Management : Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.Reporting : Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.- 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2C environments.- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.- Experience in the parenting, content, or technology sectors is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of digital sales channels, including e-commerce, online subscriptions, and content monetization.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive execution.- Passion for parenting and a deep empathy for the challenges and needs of parents.What We Offer:- A unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company that makes a difference in the lives of parents and children.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their experience and why they are a great fit for this role (ref:updazz.com)
