Leading a pre-sales team of 7-8 associates, ensuring daily counselling and conversion through proactive daily calling and lead generation with sincere intent, utilizing upGrad s database.2. Generate Leads & Referral & counsel them to bring it close to payment3. Own quarterly, monthly, daily sales input parameters & revenue target & referral target4. Work within a goal-driven environment to ensure your team achieves daily targets for call connections, lead generation/counseling, and daily talk time5. Ensure pre-sales nurturing of all leads generated by evoking a high interest among the leads generated for upGrad programs and hence a strong knowledge of major upGrad programs will have to be built within a week of joining6. Closely liaise with the sales team on a daily basis to help them understand the interest or any other specifics of the leads which have been generated by you. This will involve but not be limited to taking a daily update from the respective sales executives on the status of your leads generated.7. Systematically maintain a daily tracker on MS Excel, reflecting your team s daily connects, follow ups, leads generated and validated, status of the leads passed on to sales etc.What We Are Looking For :1. Sales and target driven individual, with excellent written and communication skills.2. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams of 7-8 individuals and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.3. Excellent stakeholder management skills.4.
