Customer Acquisition : - Proactively engage with B2B customers to expand our payment solutions customer base.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.2. Customer Experience Management : - Oversee the customer journey from initial introduction and application through to post-sales support.
-Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.3. Portfolio Management : - Maintain and nurture a portfolio of existing customers.
