Job Summary:
In this role, you will prepare monthly customer invoice support packages in a precise and punctual manner.
Major Responsibilities:
Client Billing Accountant:
:
Prepares monthly customer invoice support package in an accurate and timely manner
:
Audits support documentation including vendor invoices, travel expenses and employee time records based on billable transactions
:
Assists in performing simple accounting entries
:
Prepares standard system driven invoices
Education and Experience Requirements:
:
Graduate with 1:2 years of related experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
:
Applies acquired job skills and company polices and procedures to complete assigned tasks
:
Works on assignments that are semi:route in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from receive practice
:
Moderate supervision with some latitude to use judgement
:
Receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments
