-Managing the point-of-sale processes.- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
-Staying up to date on products, market and trends.- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.- You have working knowledge of visionary, leadership, financial acumen, client centric and experience- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
