Key Responsibilities :Product Listing & Management :- Create, upload, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms.- Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.- Regularly update product catalogs to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, and promotions.Merchandising Strategy :- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.- Optimize product placement and categorization based on data-driven insights.- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent product promotion across digital channels.Sales Analysis & Reporting :- Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and sales trends.- Utilize data to make informed decisions on product positioning and pricing strategies.Inventory Management :- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels.- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability.Customer Experience Enhancement :- Optimize the user experience by ensuring a seamless product browsing and purchasing process.- Implement strategies to improve product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities.- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.Collaboration & Communication :- Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and customer service.- Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain a visually appealing online store.- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.Qualifications & Skills :- Proven experience of 4 years as an Online Merchandiser or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.- Strong understanding of online retail operations, product merchandising, and digital marketing.- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for enhancing product presentation.- Location : This position is based in Bangalore.
