Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling and client follow-up.- Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirements.- Meet sales targets by acquiring new customer business and renewing/growing existing relationships.- Liaise between clients and builders for updates on services, pricing, and new project launches.- Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.- Build and maintain client relationships for recurring business.
