Sales & Service Role - Education (0-2 Yrs) Mumbai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

- Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions- Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner / Store in charge.- Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work- Supervision of ongoing / WIP sites for ensuring adherence to Asian paints recommended guidelines and on time work completion.Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any :- Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.- Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate - sections for expert help- Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner / store in charge and senior officer- Maintaining the reports / formats as mandated by Asian paints- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organised by Asian paints.- Cross selling of product categories on PT sites During market scanning provide leads to other team members (ref:updazz.com)
