This is a full-time onsite position as a Customer Service Executive/ Sr. Executive at MetroRide s Hyderabad location. As a CSE, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service. Your day -to -day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining communication channels, and contributing communication channels, and contributing to sales efforts.- Mandatory Requirements : 1.
