Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to promote Skill Learning Academy 's training services to individuals and corporate clients.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, leveraging cold calling and digital marketing techniques to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Deliver persuasive presentations to large crowds, effectively communicating the value proposition of Skill Learning Academy 's training programs.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets month on month, consistently exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Continuously seek feedback and improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize processes.
