Role :- Should recruit Sales Advisors(Agents), build a high-performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies.
-You will accompany the team on pre and post - sales such as claim settlement.
-Distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors.
-Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
