We have scheduled walk-in interviews for Medical Representative for Indian Pharmaceutical CompanyHeadquarters - - Minimum 6 months as Medical RepresentativeFRESHER s can also applyAge - 21-26 onlyThe Medical Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company s pharmaceutical products. The role requires extensive knowledge of the products, market, and competition, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities :1. Product Promotion :- Promote and detail the company s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.2. Sales Achievement :- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve objectives within a designated territory.- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize product uptake.3. Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor s degree in Science and PharmacySkills :- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships.- Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Other : Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Working Conditions :- Frequent travel to healthcare facilities and meetings with healthcare professionals.- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet with customers.
