Social Media Management : - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
-Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
-Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive engagement.
-Respond to social media inquiries and interact with followers to build a community.2. CRM Management : - Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
-Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
-Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.3. Creative and Content Writing :- Develop compelling and high-quality content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates.- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
-Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.4. Market Research :- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
-Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to the teamRequirements :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
-Proven experience in managing social media accounts and CRM systems.
-Exceptional creative and content writing skills.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
