Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling.2. Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout.3. Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them.4. Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student.5. Have House calls fixed to meet parents.6. Achieve Retention Targets.7.
