We are looking for a skilled RFP Response Writer who is proficient in USA English and has an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a creative writer capable of crafting compelling and tailored responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients. This role requires flexibility to work within USA time zones as needed, ensuring timely and effective communication with our team and clients.Key Responsibilities :- Research, develop, and write high-quality RFP responses that accurately reflect LGC s services, values, and capabilities.- Collaborate with various departments (sales, operations, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure the completeness and accuracy of responses.- Tailor RFP responses to meet the specific needs and requirements of each potential client.- Ensure compliance with all RFP guidelines and deadlines.- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free documents.- Maintain a repository of standard response materials and continuously update it with new and improved content.- Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in facility management and RFP writing.Qualifications :- Proven experience in writing RFP responses, preferably in the facility management or B2B or outsourcing or related industry.- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in USA English.- Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for detail.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.- Flexibility to work within USA time zones as required to meet project deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software is a plus.- A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
